Job DescriptionWhat you'll doYou will provide person-centred care and support to a cheerful 7-year-old boy with chronic lung disease, helping him thrive in his local primary school environment. Your day will begin at his home, where you'll accompany him safely to school, and conclude by escorting him home again.Key responsibilities include:
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding
Personal care and hygiene
Equipment checks throughout your shift
You'll support his health needs while encouraging safe self-feeding and promoting independence wherever possible.
