As Lettings Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for the administration of residential leases on a prime portfolio of properties dealing with high-net-worth tenants
  • Salary £55,000 – £60,000 pa, dependent upon experience, please note this is not a commission-based role

As Tenancy Manager working within the Lettings and Property Management team you will …
  • Responsible for appointing agents for valuations on refreshed and refurbished properties and instructing agents accordingly
  • Be responsible for the administration of residential leases on a prime portfolio of properties dealing with high-net-worth tenants
  • Responsible for the tenancy management of approximately 300 residential leases along with the appointed property manager
  • Progress deals on new lettings in your portfolio from acceptance of offer to the tenancy commencement date
  • Ensure all relevant letting checks have been carried out and that up to date certification is in place relating to Energy Performance, Gas, Electricity and Fire Safety
  • Liaise with agents on tenant references and other matters
  • Select agents and instruct valuations of recently refreshed or refurbished properties
  • Draft and prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • Instruct inventory check in and check outs
  • Assess and approve rent reviews liaising with the team
  • Manage renewals on your portfolio
  • Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and coordinate sums due to be released to the tenant at the end of the tenancy
Candidates must have:
  • Good experience of tenancy and lettings administration
  • An understanding of current residential lettings/tenancy legislation – ARLA qualifications preferred
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software
  • Be based within easy commute of the Central London offices
  • Available to attend charitable events and community events as and when required
