We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Peterborough for a permanent position with a well-established social housing contractor. This is a great opportunity for an Electrician who is confident in EICR testing and remedial work within tenanted domestic properties.
The successful Electrician will work primarily in the Peterborough area, with occasional travel to other cities (paid travel time). This role is ideal for an Electrician seeking long-term, stable employment with the chance to significantly increase earnings through overtime and a 1-in-6 call-out rota.In return, the Electrician will receive:
  • £39,000 per year

As the Electrician, you will be:
  • Completing EICR testing in domestic social housing properties
  • Carrying out remedial electrical works as required
  • Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards
  • Liaising professionally with tenants and household occupants
  • Representing the company as a trusted and reliable Electrician
We're looking to speak to an Electrician who:
  • Holds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • Has the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Has completed AM2
  • Has previous experience as an Electrician in social housing
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
