Shifts: Rotating 2-week pattern, Monday to Friday (06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00)About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Rewind Operator to join a busy production team in Mansfield. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality finishing by inspecting, slitting, and rewinding printed reels to customer specifications. You’ll be working with precision equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting smooth workflow within the department.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate rewind machinery to produce finished reels to specificationLoad master reels and set up machines according to job requirementsSelect, fit, and calibrate mandrels, cores, and blades in line with customer specificationsUse AVT inspection systems to identify and remove substandard printMaintain consistent reel quality throughout production runsEnsure reels are correctly labelled and traceableCarry out line clearance and follow safety and quality proceduresPerform basic maintenance and calibration of equipmentWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as an Inspection Finisher or Rewind Operator (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to follow instructions and maintain high accuracyGood communication skills and team-focused approachWillingness to learn and operate printing machinery/softwareCommitment to quality, efficiency, and safe working practicesWhat’s on OfferPermanent, full-time position with regular shift patternsOpportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, modern production environmentBe part of a supportive team where quality and safety come firstIf you are interested in this role please send your CV to or call 01623 600835MAN1
