- Leading the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Architecting scalable and secure ServiceNow implementations aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Developing complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
- Building and managing REST and SOAP integrations with platforms like Azure, Dynamics 365, MS Teams, and Entra.
- Designing and maintaining CMDB structures and service catalogues to support enterprise-wide service delivery.
- Establishing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated testing and deployment.
- Collaborating with architects and security teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and internal standards.
- Leading technical design sessions and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitoring platform performance and proactively identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Documenting configurations, customisations, and integrations for operational continuity.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Driving automation and process efficiency across departments using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Supporting platform operations and participating in on-call support where applicable.
- Staying current with ServiceNow updates and evaluating emerging technologies for roadmap enhancements.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including scripting and custom app development.
- Proven success in delivering complex solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs, and scoped applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and DevOps tools.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, and automated testing.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (essential).
- Experience working in agile product teams and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships.
