Permanent salary + packageMy client is a busy regional main contractor that due to a recent contract win require a facades package manager.
They have won a large contract with a blue-chip hotel chain. The works require upgrades and new facades on these hotels.
You will have worked as a package manager within facades, organising materials on both replacement and installation on this type of project.As Facades Manager you will have previously worked ideally within facades and cladding. Part of a Site management team delivering any schemes over 8million. As a Facades Site manager, you will be responsible to manage site teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity specifically for the Facades and cladding is running programme and planning.With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of managing subcontract packages.You will be overseeing the management of two schemes locations as listed above. This is an opportunity to join main contractor with excellent pipeline of secured clients and projects.To be considered you must hold the following:
