- Be the lead point of contact for your assigned territories and associated Key Accounts and Klargester Accredited Installers
- Manage incoming sales calls and email enquiries, receive and process incoming sales orders
- Make outgoing proactive sales calls to potential customers
- Generate quotations and respond to tender documents, follow up on these as appropriate
- Work with the Sales Office Manager to agree, manage and report on key KPI’s including, enquiries, quotes won/lost, sales pipeline for your assigned territories
- Work with the ASMs to proactively develop Key Account relationships, promotional activity and attend as required, specific events
- Liaise with SOM and ASMs and support accordingly in the management of your assigned territory & associated Key Accounts and Accredited Installers.
- Fully engage with the benefits and use of INFOR LN and CMS solution, including quote generation and qualification, order coding, validation and post order checks and customer communications
- Ensure contacts are maintained and always updated, within relevant Management solutions
- Achieve both individual and national sales targets
- Build and maintain a high level of credibility with customers to ensure the best possible support and service
- Communication: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information.
- Analytical Acumen: Excellent skills in analysing customer needs and crafting personalised solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail with a capacity for high-quality data entry.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and engaging disposition to build strong relationships with customers.
- Driving: Full UK driving license.
- Experience: With selling techniques, negotiating skills and a background in Customer Services.
- Previous experience working within the wastewater or construction industry desirable
