
Artwork Administrator

- Artwork Management: Coordinate and oversee artwork changes for packaging (primary, secondary, tertiary), liaising with design agencies, printers, and suppliers.
- Proofreading & Compliance: Check amended artwork meticulously for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- System & Records: Raise and manage part codes, maintain accurate specifications, revisions, and approval records.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Previous experience in artwork administration (ideally within pharmaceuticals or manufacturing).
- Exceptional proofreading ability with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, confident working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat for artwork revisions/approvals.
