The H&K Technology team offers exposure to globally recognised clients and campaigns centred upon performance and purpose and the ability to work alongside a passionate, diverse and empathetic supportive team.We're looking for a talented, creative, strategic, and passionate Account Manager with a specific skill in b2b/corporate campaigns. You will have clear experience working with leading technology brands that understands the relationship between corporate communications and how this may work succinctly with b2b campaigns.Working as a critical member of an established, multi-skilled team, you will strive for the very best for your clients, whilst empathetically developing your junior team to deliver and execute programmes.With a passion for learning and development both for yourself and your account teams, you will proactively deliver new ideas, recommend/pitch opportunities, develop relationships with media and influencers, keep projects and retainers on track, and drive towards client objectives.   • Manage retainers and projects with ease, showing ability for account management from conception to completion, anticipating challenges and meeting deadlines
  • Managing a busy press office managing both reactive and proactive media enquiries
  • Maintain relationships and build media / influencer contacts to drive client coverage
  • Campaign and events management
  • Editing and approving copy for articles, press releases, and event materials
  • Proactively develop and manage client correspondence, and campaign programmes
  • Maintain and manage accounts ensuring the details of administration and execution are delivered with aplomb
  • Creative - confident generating ideas in response to client briefs
  • Coverage monitoring and keeping abreast of relevant industry news
  • Build a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact clients.
  • EMEA and global outlook - ability to transfer skills to both UK and global client work
  • New business pitching and ideation
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Have a passion for what technology enables.
  • Proven experience in technology with a b2b/corporate lens
  • Passionate about media relations and what it can achieve for clients, as well as proactive and creative with pitching.
  • A confident client handler with the ability to share client counsel.
  • Ability to drive a junior account team, encouraging and supporting them on their journey.
  • Agency experience working in an integrated way across paid, earned, owned, and shared campaigns and thinks creatively and proactively.
