- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for clients

- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required
