Gap personnel are currently looking for 2 Quality Engineers for our well established client based in Oldbury with an immediate start !Straight permanent placement directly with a company.Shift: Monday to Friday day shift only, hours to be discussedSalary: 40-50k depending of experience,Key responsibilities:Customer and Internal Concern resolutionSystem, process and product AuditingSupport NPI - APQP Quality requirementsSupport internal training in QualitySupporting auditsLead investigations using 8D methodologyAccountabilities:· Internal Audits to be completed to plan· Closure of 8D report to required timings· Ensure process adherence at all times· Ensure quality data and reports are completed to the required timings· Ensure associates are aware of the required Quality Standards· Ensure associates are adequately trained to perform their dutiesRequirements:-IATF16949 Internal Auditor as a minimum (Second Party desirable)· -First Tier Automotive supply experience (5 + years desirable)· -Core Tools (APQP - PPAP- FMEA -Control Plan)· -In depth knowledge and experience in using 8D methodology· -Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – Power Point)· -Experience in a Coatings manufacturing environment (desirable)· -Experience working with Automotive desirableIf you are interested, please apply with your CV attached or call 01902 422 940.IfIf this role is permanent, gap personnel is operating as the employment agency.
