- Deliver accurate and timely operational support to fund managers, ensuring investment decisions are implemented effectively
- Oversee outsourced service providers, ensuring performance aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash and stock positions, resolving exceptions in collaboration with custodians and internal teams
- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate actions and fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
- Support the production of high-quality data for internal reporting, regulatory submissions, and client communications
- Contribute to the operational setup of new funds and strategies, including onboarding, account openings, and workflow testing
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing operational processes, controls, and documentation
- Support the use and development of investment systems and tools, including input into testing and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks (e.g. FCA, MiFID II, AAF)
- Middle office or investment operations experience within asset management or investment banking is preferred.
- Previous experience of supporting either Equity, Fixed Income or Derivatives is required. Experience of supporting Private Equity/Debt/Infrastructure or Property is desirable.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg AIM, Aladdin, or similar OMS/MO systems. Strong Excel skills required.
- Understanding of key UK financial regulations (e.g. FCA, MiFID II) and AAF reporting standards.
- Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, confident communicator—comfortable working across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Management or related field
