– Undertake regular visits to children in their placements, assessing their progress and needs.
– Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including foster carers, schools, and health professionals.
– Prepare and update necessary reports and documentation, ensuring records are detailed and accurate.
– Participate in duty days, providing office support and collaboration with the wider team at One Angel Square.
