- Providing critical admin support using SAP, bespoke quoting tools, and internal systems.
- Assisting with logistics, project scheduling, and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Supporting tender submissions via the CCS portal.
- Updating product catalogues and working with internal teams on pricing and product codes
- Liaising with the operations facility and supporting MOD framework outputs.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (think formulas, macros, tables, charts).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks calmly and efficiently.
- Sharp attention to detail — especially when working with data.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- SAP experience.
