- Developing new business for the Lettings Department, mainly within the social housing sector
- Managing client relationships
- Maximising and optimising the rental portfolio
- Managing all compliance
- Completing referencing and tenancy agreements
- Booking & conducting viewings
- Answering incoming enquiries via telephone/email/online
- Thinking commercially to develop income streams.
- Onboarding new tenants and landlords onto our CRM
- Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
- Taking the lead on producing marketing material for our rental units
- Systematically conducting rent reviews and increases across the portfolio
- Processing move-ins/move-outs and inspections
- Supporting property management with deposit claims
- Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure efficient operations
