It prides itself on delivering a nurturing, inclusive environment where personalised support and strong relationships enable students to thrive both academically and personally.The Role:The Behaviour Support Manager will play a pivotal role in participating in the coordination of the team of teaching assistants and support staff, with a specific focus on behaviour support. This person will be responsible for ensuring that students receive high-quality, consistent behaviour interventions and support tailored to their individual needs, helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement, and achievement across the school.This role is ideal for a highly organised, empathetic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for SEND education.
