Pay Rate: £40 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client’s First Contact Team based in Redbridge.What will your responsibilities be?To be successful in this role, you will
- Assess and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including sketches and specifications
- Deliver holistic, person-centred OT assessments, support planning, and reviews
- Manage and progress complex cases independently
- Provide manual handling advice and equipment training in line with legislation and safe practice
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary setting
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of equipment and care plans
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of specialist equipment, major adaptations, and manual handling
- Experience in multi-professional teams and complex case management
- Understanding of social care frameworks and housing legislation
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively
- Integrated community health and adult social care service
