You'll be:
- Leading and assuring progress on the People Strategy, translating it into actionable goals that drive culture and behaviours.
- Using people analytics and insight to measure success in recruitment, retention, and organisational development, enabling informed decisions.
- Overseeing People Services, ensuring excellence in recruitment, retention, recognition, reward, and professional growth.
- Driving the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce plan that reflects the communities we serve.
- Ensuring robust leadership and management development programmes are in place to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders across the organisation to foster collaboration and deliver impact.
- MCIPD qualified (or equivalent through study or experience); FCIPD desirable.
- A proven track record of leading a significant people function within a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering people strategies, organisational development, and building a performance-driven culture.
- Strong current knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and organisational change.
- Experience in using data and KPIs to improve workforce management and measure impact.
- A leadership style that is dynamic, compassionate, inclusive, and courageous, with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels, including Board and senior stakeholders.
