- Recruiting, developing, and leading a professional and passionate kitchen brigade
- Managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent standards, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Working closely with senior management to establish the culinary style and uphold the restaurant's prestigious reputation
