Job Profile:Reeds Rains Congleton/ Holmes Chapel Branches are looking for an Estate Agent (Sales & Lettings) to join on a permanent basis. Consideration will be given to Full time and Part time applicants.Industry experience is not essential as training will be provided.   • Pay in the region of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum (Full time OTE)

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
  • Register Customers and carry out property matches
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Always display excellent customer service
