- Collaborate with Architects, Design Teams, and Surveyors to develop excellent detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
- Contribute to Planning application, Building Regulation submissions, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Apply your technical knowledge to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions for complex projects.
- Keep ahead of industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies to enhance your work.
- Produce accurate detailed design and technical drawings.
- Work closely with in-house disciplines to translate design concepts into construction documents.
- Coordinate project activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Use of Vectorworks and Revit is beneficial.
- Produce Schedules of Works / Prelims – NBS Specifications.
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Encourage a multi-disciplinary approach to project delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Technology.
- Ideally MCIAT
- Vectorworks and Revit
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and detailing.
- Technical ability covering RIBA stages 4 – 7.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Familiarity with JCT / NEC Contracts advantageous.
- MS 365 and Teams.
- Revit.
- Vectorworks.
- Excellent IT literacy.
