- Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting with a range of minor conditions.
- Deliver care in both Out of Hours clinics and through home visits.
- Support patients across all age groups, including paediatrics.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure a high standard of care delivery.
- MSc qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Previous Primary/Urgent Care experience
- Independent Prescriber
- Accredited qualifications in Minor Illness and Minor Injury
- Experience in paediatric assessment and care
- Adastra experience
- Palliative Care experience (desirable)
