The VacancyRichard Allitt Associates Ltd (RAA) part of RSK Group was established in 1996 to deliver innovative solutions for the complex needs of customers of the urban drainage industry. As Consulting Engineers, we maintain a traditional family based approach to business, putting client needs first and resolving flooding problems in the urban environment using the latest hydraulic modelling and analytical techniques.We are now hiring for a Wastewater Modeller to join the team on a Hybrid basis from the RAA office in Crawley.The main focus of the role will be supporting our various clients on their AMP8 and beyond, programmes of work including SOAF, WINEP, DWMP along with catchment studies as requiredKey Responsibilities:
  • Hydraulic modelling using the InfoWorks ICM and InfoAsset Manager
  • Working as part of a small team of Modellers working on Integrated Urban Drainage projects
  • Liaising with Clients, Statutory Authorities and Stakeholders
  • Assisting with the development of new techniques and skills
  • Preparing reports etc and checking of work done by others
  • Other duties as required to meet the project workload
Person Specification:
  • Minimum 3 years proven UK experience of using InfoWorks ICM
  • Highly proficient computer & technical skills
  • Ability to effectively manage workload
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and to work as a team leader.
