- Demonstrable experience of carrying out cat and dog assessments.
- Experience working or volunteering in a pet welfare role.
- Demonstrable understanding of admission considerations for pets and the places available
- Significant experience in delivering high level customer service in a fast paced and often emotional environment.
- Proven decision-making ability.
- Strong administration skills, including the use of computerised systems.
- Current full driving licence.
- The ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Blue Cross values
- Working knowledge of cat, dog, and small animal behaviour.
- Client relationship management experience.
- Understanding of safeguarding issues
- Full time equivalent of 38 days holiday rising to 43 with service (including Bank Holidays)
