Role Overview: To be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our blue chip customers and the maintenance/servicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems; there may even be some installation/commissioning work occasionally. This role will involve visiting customer sites and requires the successful applicant to be customer-focused at all times. The individual must work as part of a team and interact with colleagues, clients, and other trades professionally, presenting a positive image of the Company. The Security Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will involve close liaison with the Customer Service Manager. Internal: Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk, Other internal departmentsQualifications: FLIR Latitude, CCure and Genetec are not essential but strongly preferred; however, if you have worked on other Enterprise-level systems and can demonstrate the aptitude to learn, we would invest in the necessary training.Experience: At least three years’ experience working in a similar role with Enterprise-level systems.Skills:Experience in the Security/CCTV/Access Control sectorAnalytical and Diagnostic SkillsPlanningCommunication skills, both verbal and writtenTime keepingFlexible approach to work and willingness to work extra hours as required, including occasional out-of-hours/weekend call-outsExperience with CCure, FLIR Latitude, Genetec, VideoEdge, Victor, Synectics, Lenel an advantageWillingness to contribute to the success of the CompanyCommitment to delivering excellent customer serviceDesire to share knowledge in a team environmentSelf-motivated and confidentPractical and highly adaptableTeam player, but willing to accept responsibilityCooperative and helpful at all times#RMDFL
