- Attending the inpatient unit speaking with each patient and discussing their likes, dislikes and dietary needs for that day.
- Making meals for patients at lunch and tea time.
- Running a full lunch service alongside another chef and a kitchen assistant, anywhere between 40 and 90 covers. Preparing afternoon teas, baking for these.
- Planning ahead for the rest of the weeks demands
