This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial work, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements. The firm is open to candidates of all PQE levels.Key Responsibilities
- Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions
- Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales
- Assisting with shareholder agreements and share schemes
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients
- Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm
- Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
- Strong technical expertise in corporate and commercial law
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
