Access to 24hr assistance program for counselling, advice and support.- Refer a Friend Scheme, £100 voucher of your choiceWhat will be expected from you as a Residential Support Worker?- Using your experience and skills – further developed with our support and training, you will assist with the care of our children and young people- An excellent understanding of safeguarding- Creating positive relationships and meeting the needs of our children and young people- An ability to articulate and ensure comprehensive record keeping- Preferred - Previous experience within an OFSTED regulated residential setting- Preferred - NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young people- Preferred - Driver with full UK driving licenseThe recruitment process aims to offer and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check. Candidates with qualification will be paid £24,336 pa. Candidates without the qualification will be paid £22,464 pa.(Working approx. 4-3 sleep ins per month, potentially an additional £3,000 - £4,000 pa)** We will pay for your initial DBS check, where it is then your responsibility to either join the update service or pay for a new certificate upon renewal date (every 2 years).We're sorry, but we do not currently offer sponsorship to applicants.
