Start SeptemberKey Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP Catch Weight Management (CWM) for materials requiring two units of measure (e.g., fixed units such as pieces and variable units such as kilograms or liters).
- Define and maintain master data, conversion rules, and consistency checks for CWM-enabled materials.
- Integrate CWM functionality with related SAP modules, including:
- MM (Materials Management): procurement and inventory processes
- SD (Sales and Distribution): sales orders, deliveries, and billing
- PP (Production Planning): production orders and process orders with catch weight materials
- WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management): inventory handling, put-away, picking, and physical stock management
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate data traceability and seamless system behavior across modules.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and align system design with operational needs.
- Deliver training to key users and provide post-go-live support for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 2 years in SAP Catch Weight Management.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring dual-unit products and catch weight-relevant processes.
- Strong integration knowledge across MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Proven experience in industries where CWM is critical (e.g., food & beverage, meat processing, chemicals, life sciences).
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- SAP certification in SCM, MM, or S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and advanced PP-PI scenarios.
- Familiarity with compliance and traceability requirements in regulated industries.
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies.
