I am seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a well-established, high-quality nursing home located near Sevenoaks in Kent.About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care are delivered consistently. You will have a visible presence across the home, with a balanced mix of supernumerary hours and on-the-floor clinical leadership.
