As we establish our footprint across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, we're looking for a standout professional ready to make a bold statement and help shape the future of global recruitment delivery.This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who is hungry, ambitious, and obsessed with operational excellence, with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. You’ll be working directly with our Operations Director, leading and scaling operations across multiple territories.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple international regions.
  • Translating high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable plans.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional teams to deliver on performance targets.
  • Driving organisational growth, business planning, and operational change initiatives.
  • Enhancing and embedding a performance-led culture across all regions.
  • Reporting on KPIs, service delivery and team outcomes to ensure consistency and growth.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align operations with wider business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A credible recruitment professional with demonstrable experience in operations or multi-team management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multicultural teams and international territories.
  • Experience in business planning, process improvement and change management.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach – you’re just as comfortable strategising as you are “rolling up your sleeves.”
  • Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
What You’ll Get in Return:
  • 💷 £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary, DOE
  • 💸 Commission:
  • 5% of net profit during probation
  • 10% of net profit upon successful completion
