– Provide expert legal advice and representation primarily on complex possession cases, Access and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, and Housing Judicial Reviews.
– Manage a challenging caseload whilst thriving in a supportive team environment.
– Undertake advocacy in County Court, making the most of your litigation skills.
– Support and coach colleagues and paralegal staff, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team atmosphere.
– Conduct litigation including advocacy in the areas of complex possession, homelessness, anti-social behaviour, and other injunctions as assigned by senior members.The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with three years post qualification experience. Demonstrated expertise in complex possession, Judicial Review, and injunction work is essential. Your willingness to undertake advocacy in County Court will be highly valued.Why Waltham Forest?
