- Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance to uncover insights that influence strategy.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing and pre/post campaign and test analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track results, and identify areas for optimisation.
- Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure digital campaigns meet cookie compliance and data privacy standards.
- Work with analytics and tracking platforms to maintain accurate, actionable data.
- Experience in a Data Analyst role with a marketing, growth, customer and/or subscription focus.
- Strong SQL skills, able to explore, transform, and validate complex datasets independently.
- Experience with web and mobile analytics tools such as GA4 and Firebase.
- Skilled in A/B, multivariate testing.
- Confident creating dashboards and visualisations in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders across teams.
- Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms is desirable, not essential.
