Join as a Contracts Manager in Nottingham at a thriving life‑sciences business overseeing customer contracts, working closely with Sales and Marketing to support growth and compliance.The Contracts Manager will be:Negotiating, drafting and managing customer contracts to support commercial objectives and mitigate risks.Building stakeholder relationships across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal) and external clients to align on contract delivery.Leading improvements in contract templates, SLAs, SOPs and process workflows.Advising wider teams on contract scope and obligations, delivering contract awareness training as needed.Supporting post‑contract lifecycle management and ensuring full compliance with organisational policies and IP protocols.Lead customer contract strategy in life‑sciencesHybrid Nottingham role with great growth potentialThe Contracts Manager should be:A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years experience (or equivalent experience in commercial contract roles).Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally in regulated sectors (pharma, biotech, life‑sciences).Skilled in stakeholder management with commercial acumen and attention to detail.Knowledgeable about SLAs, SOPs, IP processes and risk mitigation.This role is with a forward‑thinking, award‑winning life‑sciences business based in Nottingham with a truly global footprint, supporting drug‑discovery clients across pharma, biotech and non‑profit sectors.
