This is a pivotal role in supporting individuals affected by drug/alcohol use, helping them access the care and support they need to improve their health and wellbeing.As Team Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions. You will be responsible for the Erewash team delivery, staff supervision, performance management, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and safeguarding standards.Your responsibilities will typically include having a visible presence within Ilkeston and Long Eaton, leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the drug and alcohol team in Erewash. You will provide clinical and operational supervision to your seven staff, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. You will monitor staff and team performance against KPIs and service targets, completing regular caseload audits of your staff team to monitor the quality of service delivery and data compliance, delivering targeted training and support as required. You will have a keen eye for detail when monitoring and evaluating data reports. You will develop strong working relationships both within the service's partnership and with local agencies, including health, social care, housing, and recovery oriented services. You will ensure people accessing our service receive timely, evidence-based interventions that are tailored to their individual needs and are underpinned by robust harm reduction advice, care planning and risk management. You will ensure your team work in a trauma informed way with people experiencing multiple and complex needs, delivering a high quality of treatment and care, in a compassionate and knowledgeable way. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team and will possess a positive and can-do attitude to your work.There will be plenty of opportunities to be innovative and creative as you develop existing group work provisions and initiatives, embedding co-production and involvement of people who use our services, in a meaningful and sincere way. Successful applicant will have a full and comprehensive induction, shadowing opportunities and training package.Starting salary is £27,000 per year with annual increments subject to appraisal.LocationThis role will be based at our Ilkeston office with some visible management presence in our satellite base in Long Eaton. Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
