
Vehicle Programme and Test Planner

- Evaluate new vehicle content and changes to identify their impact on Ergonomics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor vehicle content and ensure Ergonomics requirements are accurately reflected in the central engineering test management system throughout development.
- Act as the lead point of contact for Design Verification testing, organising physical and virtual vehicle test properties, maintaining the team's testing calendar, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure the completion of Design Verification testing, including compiling detailed test reports.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date summaries of Ergonomics status and priorities across all vehicles, sharing updates with integration teams and other stakeholders.
- Refresh and maintain the team website to ensure easy access to information and resources for internal team members and other departments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to successfully coordinate activities for a team of around 40 people.
- An analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using Agile planning tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as workflow management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS and IBM Engineering Workflow Management.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools, including SharePoint and Lucid.
