The Litigation Solicitor will play a crucial role in managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, working closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and representation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of civil litigation cases
- Provide expert legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings
- Handle property and land disputes, debt recovery, and contractual disputes
- Manage insolvency proceedings and contentious wills/trusts matters
- Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
