- GCSE results consistently above national average across all core subjects
- A dedicated Academic Mentoring Programme that drives student progress
- Strong pastoral support systems and in-house CPD for graduates
- A collaborative team ethos and a culture that values new ideas and fresh energy
- Leading 1:1 and small-group academic support sessions in your subject area (English, Maths, or Science)
- Supporting students preparing for GCSE and end-of-year exams
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and personalised learning strategies
- Helping identify learning gaps and working closely with SEN and pastoral teams
- Acting as a positive role model and motivator, encouraging students to aim higher
- Degree-qualified in English, Maths, Science or a related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
- Passionate about education and helping young people succeed
- Clear, confident, and calm when communicating
- Reflective and reliable, with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Previous experience mentoring or tutoring is useful — but not essential
- £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only
- Fixed-term contract from September 2025 – July 2026, via KPI Education
- Weekly pay and support with next steps, including teacher training pathways and PGCE guidance
