WithYou are recruiting for a Director of Organisational Performance and Strategy, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from influential leaders, who will champion a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration and accountability across the organisation. This is a new role for WithYou, working on a permanent, full time basis. You will work mainly from home, with occasional travel as required.Main duties of the jobThe Director of Organisational Performance and Strategy will oversee strategic planning, performance management and insight generation to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement. You'll be leading a high performing team and will be responsible for the tracking and co-ordination of the organisation's execution and evolution of WithYou's organisational strategy. Other priorities include: Leading and implementing data quality and the associated governance to ensure data integrity and compliance, as well as leveraging regional data Leading the establishment and reporting of the KPIs/OKRs, this includes defining relevant metrics, developing robust reporting frameworks and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis Developing and executing a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy to create a single, authoritative source of truth for critical business data Collaborating with senior leaders to set strategic priorities and performance targetsAbout usWithYou provides free and confidential support, without judgement, to more than 100,000 people every year experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol and mental health across England and Scotland.
