- Lead the UK/I integrated brand planning process, ensuring alignment of brand plans cross-functionally, with the JDE Peets Leadership team & ensure readiness & high impact of plans for our annual conference.
- Co-ordinate the timely submission of UK/I brand planning inputs for the global brand planning calendar & 36month planning process.
- Co-Lead the monthly Activation Forum- co-ordinating the content calendar for the year of marketing inputs & presenters alongside those from Category, Shopper & Sales teams.
- Lead the first step of the monthly commercial process (M1) to ensure alignment of brand strategies & sufficiency of plans to deliver against in-year & VCP commercial targets. Co-ordinating the agenda, annual M1 calendar, pre-reads, minutes & delivery of key topics & performance tracking as required to support
- Lead the Stage Gate process for UK & I co-ordinating agenda, pre-reads, minutes & facilitating the approval of brand activation plans for growth, adhering to the global stage gate process. Manage an annual NPD tracker to check performance of NPD in-year against AOP targets agreed.
- Chair our Product to Market monthly forum, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovation & renovation brand plans & activations. Planning agenda, pre-reads & minutes.
- Support marketing & finance teams to manage advertising & promotional expenditure.
- Play a lead role in supporting the Marketing Director for the build of our Annual Operating Plan (AOP), co-ordinating marketing inputs & partnering closely with brand & finance teams to build robust NPD forecasts.
- Co-ordinate Marketing Team meeting agenda inc. quarterly offsites, with support of MLT to help formalise key topics as required to continue to deliver marketing excellence.
- Line management of 1 direct report, aligning priorities & maximising the agility of support required from this resource within brand teams more broadly.
- Min. of 3 years P2M experience essential in FMCG
- Marketing experience desirable
- Excels at relationship building & cross-functional working.
- Good commercial acumen, highly autonomous & a natural problem solver, with a “can do” attitude
- Brand Management/Innovation/Sales/Category Management experience.
- Project Management Qualification Essential- Marketing/Business/Management degree desirable
