Support on all aspects of the deal management, including provision of investor information and all due diligence requests
Prepare analysis on portfolios to originate high quality transactions
Conduct thorough research/ maintain knowledge of LP and GP landscape
Maintain and update all transaction-related documentation
Who we are looking for
Prior experience in investment banking or private equity
Experience working in/strong motivation for the private equity secondaries market
Literate within financial modelling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly numerate and some knowledge of financial valuation methodologies
High level of professionalism, maturity, integrity and good judgement
Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
