Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA) needed in Mansfield (Temporary)Do you want the chance to lead intervention classes for young students within primary education and support children in a 1:1 capacity?Academics are supporting a local primary schools in Mansfield who are searching for a motivated and kind hearted Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support their teams leading classes and small groups of primary aged pupils.Could that be you?If you have recently completed a BA Hons Degree in Education or you hold a Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification then Academics have the role for you.This type of role requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, the ability to maintain engagement from pupils and creative methods to keep pupils on course.This Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA) post is extremely rewarding, you will recieve:

What do you need to work as a Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA)?
  • Evidence of your highest academic achievement (BA Hons Degree, Level 4 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
  • References from your most recent employer and covering the past 24 months
  • A positive attitude
  • Experience supporting children across EYFS to Year 6
  • The ability to commute to work across Mansfield
