- Develop and implement a comprehensive business community engagement strategy for Corporate Data Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and local business networks.
- Organise and lead engagement forums, workshops, and events to promote data initiatives and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with programme leads to ensure community insights are integrated into delivery plans.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Data Services and the wider organisation to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Prepare communications, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and community partners.
- Monitor engagement effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or community management within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of data-driven transformation programmes and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience working in a hybrid or multi-location environment, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Knowledge of Glasgow's business ecosystem and community networks is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in Corporate Banking or Data Services is desirable.
- Familiarity with internal governance and programme delivery frameworks.
