This is a hybrid role with a strong in-person element youll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team and regularly attend our events to meet clients face-to-face.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through outbound sales activity across phone, email, and LinkedInSell sponsorship packages and delegate places for a calendar of B2B eventsBuild and manage a healthy pipeline using the company CRMPitch to senior stakeholders in both the public and private sectorsWork closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and deliveryAttend and represent the brand at live events across the UKWhat We're Looking For:Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in events or a related sectorConfident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skillsComfortable building rapport quickly, both online and in personHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentFamiliar with using CRM systems to manage sales activityWhats On Offer:£32,000 base salary plus performance-based bonusHybrid working with flexibility built-inA supportive, friendly team who work hard and celebrate successRegular opportunities to travel and attend eventsFull onboarding and training with a clear route to progress
