- Manage integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content
- Oversee performance and optimisation of three websites (B2B and e-commerce)
- Lead on a major website replatforming project
- Manage CRM and email campaigns to nurture and engage audiences
- Work with external agencies and manage digital marketing budgets
- Use analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Google Ads) to drive insights and performance
- Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive
- Extensive experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus
- Proven success across key digital channels and campaign management
- Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and improving UX/CRO
- Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation
- Confident communicator with agency and stakeholder management experience
- Team leadership or people management experience
