ACR are working in conjuction with a reputable 5 star house builder based in Buckinghamshire who have an exciting opening we have for an Architectural Designer.This role will see you work within their central team to assist in the development of their standard product. This will include both planning and technical design with an emphasis on the planning.Duties include:
  • Reviewing and maintaining the companies preferred English housing portfolio and standard details
  • Liaising with, and support of, other department in providing technical information and assisting with technical issues relating to regulations and the product
  • Visiting sites to assess our product and identify improvements
  • Working alongside the sustainability team to be able to provide information on measures that may reduce our carbon footprint through design
  • Keep up to date with any future changes in Building Regulations that may impact the company or their product, by proactively researching for information to fully understand internal and external customer needs
Our client are looking for someone who has experience using AutoCAD, someone hardworking with attention to detail.Benefits include:
