Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5am-6am start - 4pm finishYou will be responsible for collecting documents from customer sites and transporting them securely for destruction. Working solo or with a driver’s assistant, you’ll enjoy interacting with your customers and delivering great customer service.
The role provides a friendly working environment working with a supportive team, job security and opportunities for training and career development in the longer term.Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading your vehicle at customer sites and our depot
- Collecting confidential information and materials
- Driving one of our well-maintained vans, ensuring material is safe and secure
- Ensuring excellent customer service and building relationships
- Communicate proactively with the depot's admin team and transport planning team
- Carrying out daily vehicle inspections
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Happy with manual labour
