Our strength lies in the quality of our people and we employ those who share our value of keeping kindness at the heart of our care.The RoleYou will report into the Finance Manager for Care Operational Finance Team - North, and you will support the Regional Managers for two of our regions.This role will support the transformation, implementation and effective monitoring of financial systems and processes to safeguard the organisations financial interests and to support decision making, in addition you will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with all key stakeholders and challenge appropriately to ensure delivery of high standards of customer care.This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Finance Manager to join our Sanctuary Care team, based in Worcester and will be working within a wider team of 14 people. Working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with the latest technology, you will utilise your strong systems, communication, and analytical skills. In return you can be assured of plenty of support and the very best training.The PersonTo succeed in this role, you will have recent experience within a similar role with robust knowledge of accounting regulations, legislations and current practice, alongside excellent data analysis skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritising workloads.It is essential that you will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA), highly motivated with a passion for the successful delivery of projects.
