Location: Beaumont Street, Oxford, OX1 2PHAbout the roleAre you a highly organised, self-motivated, caring individual, who can provide an effective and efficient administrative service for the Audience & Content Director, including financial management and administration? If so, we can't wait to hear from you.This is a full-time, permanent position, working 36.5 hours per week. This role will be based in the Ashmolean Museum.About YouYou have excellent organisational, administrative, and analytical skills; outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy for others, and can contribute to team building. You are willing and able to work independently, find solutions to problems and progress key tasks. You have personal discretion and judgement and are able to work to a high level of accuracy, particularly in dealing with Departmental finances, with precise attention to detail even when working under pressure.
