You will play a key role in facilitating and ensuring a smooth, well organised, professional and welcoming pathway environment for players and coaches to flourish.The Regional Programme Lead (CWE & CWS) is responsible for the regional programme in the areas of Cricket Wales East & Cricket Wales South, which form an integral part of the national pathway. The role specifically covers the boys' and girls' elements of the programme.CWE encompasses the Cardiff and Gwent areas, with CWS covering the previous regional boundaries of The Vale of Glamorgan, Mid Glamorgan & West Glamorgan.This role is pivotal to facilitating a strong junior cricket pathway through inspirational leadership, collaboration, and excellent organisation.
